Holleman by the Park is a small community of buildings located near the corner of Holleman and Anderson (1402 Holleman, College Station, Texas USA 77840). They are locally owned and managed. The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include:

• Close to Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Blockbuster, Starbucks, and other Shopping located at Texas Ave. & Holleman. 
• Less than 1 mile from Texas A&M University campus with a simple bike path directly into campus.
• Less than 1 block from Texas A&M University  Shuttle Bus pickup/drop off.
• Laundry service next door to units.
• We pay water.
• We include Cable TV at no cost.
• We include Wireless Internet access at no cost.
• Parking is conveniently close to your door, and abundant.
• No low lying water-logged sidewalks to walk through when we get showers.
• Campus & shopping is close which saves time & driving.
